Overview

Students will fine-tune their skills as they complete these fun algebra puzzles! As students work through the exercises, they will match the edges of their questions and corresponding answers in order to complete the puzzles. These activities are great for group work, extra practice before or after an extended break, and especially useful for kinesthetic learners.

Tips for use:

• Laminate and cut out the puzzle pieces for repeated use. Store them in individual baggies and all baggies in one large manila envelope for easy use in the future.
• Allow students to work in groups of 2 – 3 for a fun group activity.
• Best used for skills reinforcement, not introduction of the concept.
